How do I return my order?

Please email us at support@venicemiami.shop to initiate a return or exchange and create your prepaid shipping label to send back your gear. With your order number and shipping address, you can request a return for a refund or an exchange for a different size, color, or style. 

For international orders, the customer is responsible for all return charges. Please email us at support@venicemiami.shop.

How long does a refund or exchange take to process?

Please allow 10-14 business days for your refund to be processed by your bank.

Exchanges are sent out as soon as your primary purchase item shows in transit by the mail carrier. If your item is not received or received damaged you will be charged for both items.


Can I cancel my order?

At VENICE, we understand that sometimes plans change, and you may need to cancel an order. We are happy to offer a cancellation policy that allows our customers to cancel their orders on the same day that they were placed. This is because we process orders quickly, and once the item has been shipped, we cannot cancel the order.

If you do need to cancel your order, please contact our customer service team as soon as possible. We will do our best to accommodate your request and issue a full refund. If the item has already been shipped, we can still offer a refund when the item is returned to us. We will provide you with a new shipping label, and the return shipping will be free of charge.

We want our customers to be completely satisfied with their purchase, and we strive to provide the highest quality products and customer service. Can I return my order?

We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. We understand that sometimes things don't work out, and we're here to help. That's why we offer a hassle-free return policy.

For orders within the USA, you have up to 15 days from the date of purchase to return the item. The item must be unworn and in its original packaging, which should be in perfect condition. We will provide you with a pre-paid shipping label to return the item, and as soon as we receive it, we will issue a refund to your original payment method.

**A processing fee of $5.99 will be applied automatically to all orders returned for a refund.**

For international orders, we also accept returns within 15 days of purchase, but we ask that you cover the cost of shipping. Once we receive the returned item, we will issue a full refund to your original payment method.

Please note that personalized and custom items are not eligible for return or exchange.
