Shipping policy

Yes, we ship to Canada. We want to ensure that our customers are aware that when placing an international order, they may be subject to duties and/or taxes imposed by their country's customs authorities. Should customers refuse to pay these charges, we regretfully cannot issue refunds until the package has been returned to us. Upon its return, any charges incurred by the carrier will be deducted from the order balance, with the remaining balance refunded to the customer. This approach allows us to maintain fairness and uphold our commitment to providing the best service possible to all our customers, both domestically and internationally.

Once shipped, your order will arrive within 1 to 3 days for United States, within 10 to 16 days for Canada, Australia and United Kingdom, other countries can take 15 to 25 days.
